Good food is a kind of food working the best way to support our body, feed our living processes, protect against sickness and making us happy.

The idea is using the shopping list to make sure we buy the best possible food for the best price and do not forget anything required by the organism also do not spend money on unwanted products, by eliminating them or finding the replacement. Quality is a key. I choose simple food whenever possible by avoiding highly processed products.

I dedicate the project to my lovely children in hope for them to stay fit and healthy in their life and also the list helps me to eat the best food after buying the best and not forgetting essential ingredients.
